Liv Fit Groove was born from a dream — not just to teach fitness, but to spark joy, confidence, and community through movement. LFG is more than a dance fitness class. It’s a space where music meets motivation, and where people can show up exactly as they are — ready to sweat, smile, and reconnect with their bodies.
My Background: Dance, Theater & Finding My Why
Before I ever taught a fitness class, I lived and breathed the stage. With a background in dance and theater, I’ve always loved using movement to tell stories, express emotion, and build connection. Performing taught me how powerful it is to be present in your body — to move with intention, energy, and heart.
That love for expression naturally evolved into a love for fitness. But not the rigid, intimidating kind. I was craving something playful, empowering — and full of rhythm. When I found cardio dance and Zumba, everything clicked. It felt like home.
That’s when I knew: I had to create something of my own. Something fun, fierce, and full of freedom. And so, LFG — Liv Fit Groove — was born.
