🛍️ Order Processing

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party drop shipping partner.

  • Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before shipping.

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


🚚 Shipping

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location:

    • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

    • International orders: 10–20 business days (customs may affect delivery)

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error.

If there’s an issue:

  • Please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.

  • If eligible, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they go into production and cannot be changed or refunded.
